Wonderful visit with Nikki today!

My sister and I had the pleasure of hanging out with Nikki today on a beautiful Boston morning. It felt good to sit and talk in person after a year of online conversations. Sometimes you just need a real hug from someone who understands.

It was really great to meet both of them and their husbands too. I was glad to present them with the best weather we have had in MONTHS! Grateful to them for traveling so far to participate in the ALS TDI study
And they are beautiful inside and out!

Sherry wish we could have a great big meeting somewhere like some other forums do!

Boston is wonderful! And to meet people who make our lives easier to bear must be great. I am glad when I read about people from the forum getting together. It offsets some of the harder stories we read.
