Going to clinic in Houston tomorrow. Having more and more trouble breathing. I think these muscles are going first. Went from 70s 4 months ago to 50 last month, and now can't breath out for more than a few seconds at a time. Really scared what those numbers will show tomorrow

Take care and I hope you get a better result than you think. I can tell you that steve;s clinic numbers didn't look good. He can't get a good seal on the little mouthpiece but on the pulmonary function tests machine at his assessment last week , his numbers were much better and so was the seal. Don't focus too much on the numbers, try to get your symptoms treated.
