I was pleasantly surprised to get an email from my representative Stephen Lynch yesterday about the speech generating device issue indicating he understood the issue, was appropriately appalled, had signed the dear colleague letter and is pursuing the issue. He also said the implementation has been pushed back to December. It was nice to be heard on this issue
One of my senators never replied the other sent a form medicare issue letter that did not address the issue so this was a delayed pleasant surprise!
