I have noticed since using BiPAp that I seem to be much more conjested in the morning. does BiPAP lead to that?

It can definitely dry you out and make your mucus thicker. Are you using a humidifier with it!? If not, I would contact your dr and let them know. They can order one for you. If you have one, you may need to turn it up so you get more humidity...usually a higher number.
