Ants crawling on my spine

My spine has some freaky super active nerve thing going on down my spine especially at the base. I've increased my Gabapentin which was helping, hot shower really is gets things going.
I'm trying to get to a nuro doctor but the only one who said he would see me, made wait a month and cancelled on the appointment day, told me to find an ALS specialist.

I can't offer any help, just a little word play. The sensation of ants crawling on your skin is called "formication".
