I have been on it for a few months and the only noticeable improvement is EL.
I had a very hard time adjusting to this med....can only tolerate one capsule per day, recommended dosage is 2 per day.
When I tried two caps per day, I felt dizzy and had headaches, and a strange tightness in my chest.
The jury is still out on Nuedexta with me.....I might disco it based on the payoff versus the side effects and expense (230 bucks a month)!
The only other ingredient in it is quinine hydrochloride (might have fubared the spelling)......which is an accelerator helping pass it into the brain much more efficiently.
In a nutshell I feel like I am high on cough medicine when I take it..although I am starting to get used to it.
