mom have Dry throat she cant sleep

Hi everyone,

My name is manavalan From India. Last year (12/2012)my mom got affected in MND . initial its started progress in right thumb . Now its affected her both leg and hand. she always in bed only

in last two weeks she cant able to sleep properly . she get throat dryness because of that she is not sleep well .

now days she got fear i don't know because of that she cant able to sleep . our family members are struggle we don't know what we have to do ?

we are all start thinking our mom is in her end stage ?

why this Motor neuron disease kill the her like this ?

How can save my mom?

I have dry mouth. if I sleep on back, mouth opens and tongue sticks to roof of mouth. can your mom sleep on her side. this helps. do you have a product in your country called biote'ne its for dry mouth and gives some relief. sucess
