Along the lines of exercise

Next week I get to go SCUBA diving!

My instructor knows what is going on with me and is going to help me along.

I have been certified to dive for over a year, but couldn't bring myself to go again. Mostly because I am not strong enough to handle the equipment or get back inthe boat.

He insisted that I go with him. He knows my limitations and knows what I can't do.

Wish me luck! I'll put up some pics when I get back!
