Last night was another round using adaptive breathing and even though I woke up a few times feeling suffocated it was because I wasn't breathing and the machine helped immensely. Even oxygen dipped to 70% with instantaneous response to increased pressure. Confirmation my skeletal issues on the left side hurt my sleeping; confirmation sleeping on my back results in no chest expansion and many more episodes. I feel groggy from the different mask changes but still feel better than I have in months. The real beauty...the weather was the worst for me breathing in every sleep study so I didn't have to reschedule for too good weather! One less thing to worry about now.

Glad to hear you have less things to be worrying about.

Take care, my friend.

so glad to hear this, getting some good quality sleep and plenty of oxygen just can't be overrated, so feeling better than you have in months is a blessing :)
