peg feeding

my mom just got the peg in on tuesday 9/4 (her bday), she has been fine up untill today she has had 2 major diareahs, is this normal or should i contact the doctor...HELP!

Is she getting food through the PEG? If she is and if she has a nutritionist on her team, she might be the best person to speak with. If she's not being tube fed yet, you might just want to get her doctors opinion on your mums situation. Don't panic. Yasmin

If she is using formula, she may not be able to tolerate the brand and may need to switch. Like Yasmin said, check with the nutritionist and the doc. She may simply need a fiber supplement. Better to check with them to make sure there are no issues.
