Just a couple of weeks ago I started taking the regimen that some of you take based on your doctor's advise. I thought, what could it hurt! And it really seems as if my twitching has calmed some since I started. Maybe I'll cut the vitamin E? Maybe it's the B12 that has helped. Hope that's a safe one. Thanks for posting that information. Leslie
