I don't know how to post a link but someone on FB posted a link to a video of an interview with Dr Rick Bedlack from Duke ALS clinic. if you go to vimeo dot com and search for Bedlack it should pop up. it is quite long about 1/2 an hour.I found it ineresting and hopeful
