Barbie is on a distinguished road
Red face A hypothetical Situation

I have a "friend" who has ALS. my "friend" has twitching, but it has settled down over the last few years and is not extremely bothersome anymore. Now, occasionally my "friend" will engage in romantic activity (ok, s.e.x.) and afterwards he is twitch crazy for a good hour or so. I mean really strong, all over the body twitching.

Any thoughts on this?

Barbie, strenuous exercise can exacerbate fasciculations. They are reasonably common in athletes and people who have performed vigorous activity. I got my first fasciculations after a run.

The romantic activity may set off nerves all over the body, I can understand that, hypersensitivity. I agree with all the above.
