It might take at least ten years before being able to use the substance, Telomerase for human trials. Such horesh!t. Pardon my vulgarity. I'm so tired of the wait!

Another variation on the "oxidative stress" models of ALS. Here's a more detailed article. Nowhere in this article do they call it a cure.
