Well I had a great trip to the mountains, so much great advice about how to see good in things and not care what others think.......Michael made an analogy because one of my biggest things that affected me was my inabilitiy to do the physical things i used to, He said well expecting yourself to be able to do those things in your body is like me trying to flap my arms and fly, then beating myself up because i cant, so start doing more of what i can and that is good enough! Wonderful place, the leaves where beautiful all gold at sunset......I did have my first fall on a weak leg..pretty bad.. I fell into a rock ravine on my side and back, then slid into the cold mountain river! To others it looked like i took a step to the stone then just fell sideways down plummetting into the ravine and rocks like i was laying down...i didnt count on my leg turning into a ghost, ha ha ...now that i am back home, i am on painkillers the bruises look horrible, I am greatful for the fall because i realized a weakness and a strength, that if i can get up and walk away i am fine, plus it made me rest in the lodge where i met the most amazing people! Mountain Light Sanctuary is the best!
