Editing Wikipedia

Does anyone know exactly how to save an edit in Wikipedia? I G__led Foot Drop and Wikipedia says "Diseases that can cause foot drop include Parkinson's disease, muscular dystrophy, and multiple sclerosis." I want to add "Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also referred to as Lou Gehrig's disease" but couldn't figure out how to save it. Can you help?

I was hoping someone would reply. I don't know how to save edits either.

I do now John. It took me awhile but I figured it out after registering with them. It's not hard and actually quite obvious after registration.
