This just in from the Department of Redundancy Department: MM syas his method has "... three key aspects." He describes them as follows:
1) Learn to attain and maintain wellness
2) Work to attain and maintain wellness
3) Deal with them (PALS) in a way that is conducive to attaining and maintaining wellness
