Als Neuros in Fl

Has anyone run across a good neuro that specializes in Als in Florida?

I'd recommend Dr. Katzin or Dr. Vu at the Tampa ALS clinic. They are through South Fl. University Hospital. Both are neuromuscular and motor neuron disease specialists. Takes about a month to get in to see them.

DR Katzin, I know, prefers to do her own testing as far as EMG/NCV goes--so don't waste your time or energy having it done elsewhere. They are close for you--two hour drive for me to see Dr, Katzin. I thought she was very good. I know nothing personally of Dr. Vu, though he's the co-director of the ALS clinic. Both are recommended by the ALSA and I was personally recommended to her by the ALS counselor in my town.
