i've been researching devices and was wondering if anyone has used the hp slate communicator from GUS. it uses SpeechPro software. any input is appreciated.

Verbally is a free app for ipad that has word prediction

I use a netbook design like Barry's. Including software, speaker, and a trackball to use with Dasher, $400 bucks. I don't need to use it all the time, so the fact that it fits in a small bag that hangs unobtrusively on my wheelchair arm is a plus for me.
