I'm looking for an adaptor for my husband's feeding tube. It's a y extension with a clamp. My supplier has discontinued them and I've been looking online but haven't been able to find them. There is a picture of it on page 2 of the attached PDF.
The specific product name is Viasys (Corpak) Y-adaptor with a clamp. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. P.S. I have checked the manufacturer website but cannot find them listed there.
