My husband is a veteran. He is on a vent and requires help doing everything. Right now our insurance pays for nurses to come into the home and help. Because of the vent the only people that can care for him are LPN's or RN's. The VA is only offering CNA's to come to the home. Is there any one out there that has or knows how to get the VA to provide the care that my husband needs?
