Default Gaining weight

Hey Yall!

I have lost 100 pounds and they say in the MDA magazine that it is not good. What do you do to gain weight?

Can you still eat? Do you have a PEG tube?

Cant eat, I have a PEG tube. And I am on Jevity 1.5.

I tried to drink a peanut butter, chocolate, ice cream, milk....like they said in the MDA magazine, but I couldn't do it.

as long as you make it thin enough- you can put just about anything through your peg. try high fat foods.

Sorry to hear that. I don't have a PEG but I think I heard Boost might have more calories. Maybe some of the others will have some ideas.

I have been on Nestle Resource 2.0 for over two years and it helped me put 20 pounds back on. It is 2 calories per ml compared to 1.5 that you are doing now. Five boxes per day gives almost 2500 calories. Its expensive but there is free delivery in the US.

I also do two bottles of liquid yogurt every day to help digestion and add a few calories.

I am going to ask when I attend clinic in Macon what other formula I can be on. I am on 4 cans a day, they want me on 5. They put me on it at Mayo..because it had fiber.
