The new possibility for my husbands diagnosis is spinal cord AV Fistula, wondering if anyone knows anything about it?

You should search for a forum called CareCure, it is a central site for all kinds of spinal injuries/problems, and there are several specialized SCI nurses and at least one doctor that can answer questions like that.
