Pain medicine DURAGESIC anyone tried it?

I am getting severe pain in one of my hips and the doctor has now prescribed Kapanol morphine tablets but the pain is still coming through.

Has anyone tried DURAGESIC patches? Supposedly stronger than morphine and can work or up to three days.

I was on the 3 day patches when undergoing my cancer treatment, yeah they work very well, within minutes in fact. One word of caution, well two words, the are easy to get hooked on and they can lead to severe constipation. I was on them for 5 months.
