Default effects of meds, help

I posted a message which has received views without response. I am really desperate here, trying to understand the effects that some of the medications have.
If any one out there can describe their experiences, and help me to handle someone I know, I would appreciate it.
I understand how hard this is, but when we all share, it helps each other.
thank you
