At the onslaught of ALS if the bones become very painful?

I have not yet be diagnoised with ALS and I can not make my physician understand how my arms and leg bones pain me so. Yet she is having me tested for ALS. Is this one of the symptoms?

Thank you

Becca:cry:

Hi Becca. Sounds like they are looking for something else. Wait until she sends you to a Neurologist. They are the ones to diagnose ALS and as I said on your intro ALS does not usually present with bone pain. AL.

Hi Becca!

I would agree with Al. I have not heard of bone pain with ALS.

However, if you are a young person, growing pains are very common. Sometimes a very simple food supplement can alleviate the pain rather quickly. Our bodies know what they need, and if something is lacking, they scream at us until we provide what the body needs.

Let's hope it is something that simple. Do you eat a healthy well balanced diet with all the food groups? Is it possible you might be lacking a key element? There is no harm in talking to a nutritionist.

I could be way off base, but let's hope your pains are due to something very simple.

Best of luck, and keep us posted.

Pat
