Is this correct? I found this on another site>>>

Motor Neuron Disease: This is the protocol for polio. With Polio you can not do any massage because it causes more damage to the motor neurons and you need them to function.

I'm worried about this because I have a Thai massage every day which is quite painful and is mostly squeezing pressing and stretching of muscles tendons and nerves.

hi.
i dont think that information is correct, simple massage can not damage motor neurons.
however i am qualified in reflexology and before treating a patient you have to take note of any serious illness, this is because over stimulating specific pressure points relating to certain organs can effect the patients illness.

Any time (3) that I got a massage, I bruised and hurt more in my muscles the next day. Personally, I'd stay away from any squeezing, pressing or anything painful.
