Very strange cramp!

Last night when I had just got into bed, I had a very weird and horrible cramp. It started in both sides of my upper chest, then spread to the front of my neck, compressing my throat.
Then it moved up and constricted my temples! My temples still feel odd this morning.
Has anyone else experienced this? I get a lot of cramps in my body as well as legs, but this is new.

I ditto what Al said. I would suggest consulting your doctor on this one.
