That's awesome Lori! Let us know how the visit goes.

Lori -

This is excellent. Thank you so much for sharing.

A lot of good information. Thanks Lori!

Lori, thanks for the excellent article! I have saved it. Good luck with your clinic visit and trip, it sounds like you have a good doc picked out.

Thanks, Lori. Great info and I wish y'all luck!

Very interesting how one ALS specialist differs in opinion from another, even in our own clinic, regarding drug treatment. hmmmph

That was extremely educational. Thank You for sharing.

Let me add my thank you! That is now saved to my desktop!

Glad you liked the info, although it is pretty old. Giggle Dr Robert Miller to see more of his stuff. He is out of Forbes Norris ALS center in San Fran CA. His attitude is that ALS is not cureable, but it is treatable. A very refreshing attitude from a doctor! HUGS Lori

Thanks for passing it on, Lori!

well sadiemae how did it go , well i hope

Yes, It was good. Initial visit took almost 4 hours, and we will go for clinic visit next month. They have a couple of research trials we could do, but may not be able to because in the winter the mountain passes get dangerous to travel, if travel is even allowed. We have to go over Donner Pass to get to San Francisco. HUGS Lori

Lori, I hope the visit went well. THX for the article.
Erica

Lori, watch out for the cannibals!:twisted:

Winter highway travel was the reason why I had to back out of some research trials so I know how you feel but I'm glad that you found a good clinic.

happy for yous
