Yellow Tail Chardonay my gift to myself for mothers day slept like a baby last night

I don't think I really drank that much, but since I only got about three hours of sleep I'm a little groggy today. I don't quite know what's happening lately, I go to bed and fall fast asleep. Three or maybe four hours later I wake up and that's it, can't get back to sleep. Guess I need to start a serious exercise regime to make my body too tired for my mind to keep awake.
