Has anyone dealt with ALSA Indianna?

I would like to get some help regarding the Indiannapolis chapter of the ALSA. One of my CALS has had a hard time getting information from them regarding services. Surely there must be someone there that is helpful. Does anyone know who that may be?

Stu, have you made contact directly with the patient rep? If you have and they haven't responded, I'd send another email or call stating you would tweet or facebook (?) about lack of response to patients needs. Dunno... Twitter seems to be powerful. Don't ask me if I know anything about it though...

My CALS called and spoke to a rep. She needed a referral for an agency or person that could provide some home care for her mom. The rep simply said no, and apparently was quite "abrupt". I was hoping this was a "bad apple" and that there be someone more cooperative I could call for the info.
