Nutella icecream (calorie dense and plenty of protein too!)

2 Cups heavy whipping cream
1 can (14 ounce) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
3T melted butter
3/4 C Nutella

Whip whipping cream into soft peaks.

In a separate bowl mix together the sweetened condensed milk with Nutella and butter.
After this is mixed until smooth, FOLD the Nutella mixture into the whipped cream.
Store in covered container. Let freeze for at least 6 hours.

Liquid Nitrogen Lemon Pudding Pop Recipe

3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 cups milk
cup of Heavy Cream
3 large egg yolks, lightly beaten
cups finely grated lemon zest
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
*
Whisk cornstarch and sugar together in a saucepan. Add the milk and whisk constantly. Add the egg yolks, zest, and salt (to taste) and cook over medium heat until thickened enough to thickly coat the back of a spoon.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and butter. Strain and put in popsicle molds. Freeze and enjoy.
