It seems like the last couple months since Ive started symptoms I have also had an increase in saliva production. I have not choked and I don't drool or anything but it just seems like more saliva is always being produced from the glads under my bottom teeth. I feel like I swallow it fine, it just always produces more, I can feel it collecting there at the bottom of my mouth. I haven't had an emg done on my tongue or anywhere on my face but I do get fascics both these places. The fascics on the tongue are random, like a couple a day and I can can feel them. I don't have a hard time swallowing any food or anything like that, that I'm aware of. I feel like its gotten a little worse the last few weeks. My emgs were normal everywhere else since ive been twitching for 2 months widespread. What do you guys think?
