Now the throat?

Hi,
I hope everyone is doing well. I have a question, my tongue feels as if it's swollen for the last two days, but it's not and i'm having more twitching around my neck and throat. It feels really strange, but oddly enough, my legs and arms are doing so much better today - no cramping and hardly any twitching in them. I have no idea what's going on... Can anyone offer any insight?

Can anyone offer any insight as to what might be going on? I would really appreciate it.

My EMG is Wed this week, so I will ask then as well.

I don't know if I can help at all. I have difficulty swallowing, and from time to time I my tongue feels sore, stiff, or swollen. However, I have pernicious anemia, and tongue issues are really common in chronic B12 deficiency.

I hope you get some answers.
