Flex then Twitch

I have noticed a strange development with one of my symptoms.

If i flex my tricep, or bicep then relax it, it will begin to twitch for the next 20 seconds. Does this mean anything significant? Does this point in any particular direction? Also, my right arm, when flexed, seems to stick in the flexed positon for a moment when I relax it? Its hard to explain.

Any feedback would be great. My previous threads are "31 year old, could this be bulbar onset."

Since muscle twitching can be caused by muscle or nerve irritation, stretching or excercise can make it occur more frequently. From what I understand, it's not really indicitive of one type of cause over another.

Good point, Robert. My neuro taps the area to try and bring em on so he can see them.
