It sort of seems to me you are looking for sympathy and not answers; you already have those. So, here goes - I feel very sorry for you and the troubles you are having. I feel very sorry that the docs won't diagnose you with ALS, which you know you have.

My sorrow will go away after your EMG test is done. Keep us posted.
