onesided muscle tone/&fasics=ALS?

Hi everyone
My question today is wherther one sided (left side for me) muscle tone with fasiculations = ALS
I have had this for quite some time- like the muscles never quit being toned or relaxing- they are always sore and stiff I also have lost some strength on the left side- as well as they fasiculate from time to time more localized than not- and my left side acts as though my reflexes are very brisk - as well as noises startle me very easily-I have sleep apnea- and acid reflux-and am very fatigued seems like most the time even after a good nights sleep-I have more pain under my shoulderblade (left side) than anywhere else and my ring finger and pinky finger are stiff and act as though the hand does not work as well as my right anyway just some questions as my appointment approaches cuz it seems to get worse as time goes- oh and i forgot to mention it looks as though my left foot is definately losing muscle mass and twitches constantly thanks for your opinions
