Muscle twitches in trisep for 3 months

I have had this for three months no sign of weakness or wastage but last for 20 a30 seconds ever 5 to 10 minutes all day long. Scared of having an emg have chosen to wait to see if symptoms develop .. what should I be looking for .. more twitching around muscle in trisep? All over , or just weakness and wastage ? If I go three months without any other signs but initial twitching can u be reassured?

Most likely it means nothing at all except you may be low on something in your diet. You can experiment with salt, bananas, 100% juice, maybe a little magnesium lotion on the tricep.
