Default Re: Needing some guidance!

If the EMG was negative, then you shouldn't be here. You are clear.

BFS can last for weeks, months, or years. Cut out caffeine, drink lots of water, eat healthy, maintain a good weight, get lots of rest, and you'll be fine.

If you have other symptoms, please see your GP.
