The EDB in my right foot is different from the left.I have difficulty walking. I can not stand on your right toes for a long time. Pain is occurring. I feel pain in my legs and my legs.I read on the internet that Als disease affects EDB. Right?

Atrophy or hypertrophy of the foot in these images? The right foot is more swollen than EDB and there is a gap on the lower side.

Thank you for your answer.

Hands and feet look good, within normal limits.

Your post tells me that you absolutely do not have ALS. ALS is almost the opposite of what you wrote. There's no ALS there.

I don't know why you hurt when you walk. People with ALS don't walk, and they feel perfectly fine, no pain, The muscle doesn't work, but it doesn't hurt.

Your symptoms come and go. ALS never goes.

From time to time, our bodies change a bit. Water, food, vitamins, heat, work, even different times of the day can make our bodies look different.

Don't know why you have twitching. Lots of things cause twitches. Mostly stress, anxious, change in life, family or job. Sometimes you just need to drink more electrolytes in your diet.

Whatever your doctor says, do that. But there is no ALS.

Clean your apartment. :)

With the way you can spread your toes, you don't have atrophy. The muscles of your foot die first, then atrophy sets in. If you have a dead foot, such as with ALS , you're not moving your foot, thus atrophy sets in. Not before.

On a side note, Turkey is awesome; my favourite country.

You don't have ALS. Be grateful.
