ALS symptoms at 20

Hey there, I've posted here before and hoping someone could give some insight on my progressive symptoms. Here are all the list of symptoms I've had over the last 9 weeks

-muscle twitching 14 weeks ago
-muscle cramps localized ( 1 week, only 3 times)
- muscle atrophy
-lumbrical atrophy in left hand 8 weeks ago
-lumbrical atrophy in right hand 4 weeks ago
-left gluteal atrophy
- left foot
-muscle pain ( sometimes a tickle, ache or sharp pain) the pain in the hand arm and glute
-nerve pain ( sharp burns in upper arms, back)
- very mild and odd facial weakness
-facial twitching without tongue
-abnormal gait ( first or second symptom I noticed) that went away abut at first but then came back
-I have no clinical weakness as I can do everything I could before
- my hands tremor when I stick them out
- i have internal vibrations that come and go

These are all the symptoms I can think of that I've had since mid November. These pains are consistent but do happen at least a couple times a day. I'm also 20 years old.

You have already been told that you do not have ALS symptoms and to see a doctor. Why are you back?

It's time to go to a doctor to address your obvious symptoms of health anxiety.
