Scared out of my mind

I am so worried. I have been experiencing many different symptoms. Twitching right leg . Right hand . Upper stomach muscles and face. Have been having severe breathing problems. Pulmonologist can't determine cause of shortness of breath. Saw a neurologist. He could visibly see twitching. Emg was clean. Brain mri showed two white spots. terrible cramping in both feet. Worse when I try to stretch. Middle toe raises up by itself. Slight weakness in hands when holding cup of coffee or water bowl for dogs. Neuro says not als because emg clean. Stiffness in ankles. Slight slur of speech that is only noticeable I think to people who know me well. Friends say I speak slower now. Biting inside cheeks when eating. Several occasions difficulty swallowing. Feel like I have the beginnings of als. Thank you in advance for any input. My heart goes out to everyone with this terrible disease . I pray every day for a break thru for a cure. God Bless
