Is it possible to have three EMGs within a period of four months that came up clean and still have ALS? I have fatigue and at least perceived weakness in the right side of my body including my neck. Fasciculations all over and in large muscles also. I've had all the blood test and radiography that I know of. Muscles on The right side of my body are stiff versus the left side.
Objects feel heavier in my right hand versus my left hand. I am right-hand dominant. I do have small fiber peripheral neuropathy which to my understanding doesn't affect muscles. The symptoms exist and are real.

Has anyone out there experienced anything like this? I sincerely appreciate your input. Thank you.

Not the way to bet, no (which is a very good thing). If the EMGs are completely normal, I would return to an internist and explore possible systemic causes, including dietary imbalances, subclinical endocrine disorders, stress and anxiety.

Best,
Laurie
