I posted back in November with some of my ongoing symptoms and issues.

What I am having now, which has brought be back here, is the twitching has became somewhat localized.

My right wrist/lower forearm area, has been twitching non stop, all day/everyday, for weeks now.

I still got "pop" twitches in my legs and other upper body parts, but this has been the only twitch this severe and this constant.

I saw my neuro last week, who quickly dismissed me after a supposed "clean clinical"

With the twitching, I have fairly severe fatigue in that arm.

I haven't failed to do anything thus far that I can notice, which I know points away from ALS, but with the localized twitching for this long, wouldn't it warrant to be further investigated?

All MRI's have been clear, along with a clean EMG thisd past August. EMG was done on left side of body, not right.

Only bloodwork abnormality found was with my paraneoplastic antibody test.

I tested positive for the VGCK antibody, which according to my neuro, is seen in BCFS patients. Which is what my current diagnosis is.

Just looking for a little clarity and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

The answer might be unsatisfying.

People twitch. It's one of the weird things people do.

Go in peace and live long.

Agreed, would try massage/PT since it's localizing. EMG on contralateral side is not a concern.
