Subtle fine twitches all over body for 4 weeks

I have been worried about developing fine twitches that do not contract the muscle all over my body. It began four weeks ago almost five and I had a emg three weeks after it began. I am worried it was to early to pick up and problems because I read it could be two months after they start. Has anyone else experienced this or knows by experience about it. It would greatly help me to understand if I should be worrie still. Thank you
