Default 17 years old and need reassurance.

Hi all, hope you are all as well as possible on this forum , I'm 17 years of age and even though it may come across very disrespectful I have made an account.

I have been fearful of this horrific illness ever since one of my family members (grandparents) passed away because of it.

Recently I have realised 2 things:

1) I have a lot of muscle twitches ( mainly in hands and face )

2) my fingers tremor when I hold them out in front of me and half tense them (not bad enough that they get int he say of me doing anything)

3) my left hand is a lot less muscly than my right and I have dents in it that I don't have in my right arm/hand. In some areas there is a real lack of muscle.

4) my grandad has it, does that mean I will have a greater chance of having it?

This may sound rediculous and I really hope that I does because I have had health anxiety for over 6 months now and I'm recovering VERY well

I have no clinical weakness.

Please reply as I hope I can brush this off and continue my recovery with health anxiety.

Sorry if me making an account has offended anyone x
