Default Scared its bulbar onset

Hi over the past 3 weeks i have had a weird feeling in my tongue almost like its not working sometimes, this on and off throughout the day can leads to some changes in my speech. I find that when chewing gum my speech is fixed.
I am very worried about what this is, does anyone have any insight into this??

Yes...we have insight. Have you been to a doctor? What would make you think ALS with just that symptom? Doctor google is not qualified.
See a doctor so so can end the anxiety of looking a disease up on the internet. Good luck!
