This doesn't exactly fit this topic but I wasn't sure where else to put it. Moderators, please delete or move as you see fit.
I joined this forum two years ago when ALS seemed to be where things were going. Now it is clear that it is NOT ALS which is a great relief. Symptoms have continued to slowly worsen and after a number of MRI's, EMG's, genetic tests, etc the neurologists are still stumped. They are continuing to investigate so perhaps one day something clear will emerge.
I just wanted to reconnect briefly with this forum to give a brief update and to say thank you once again to those who were so kind and offered a listening ear when I first joined. That meant a great deal and I'll always be grateful.
