Hi All,

As the title suggests I'm writing because of some odd symptoms in my right foot. Specifically the arch has started twitching on and off out of nowhere last week with the occasional brief, minor cramp thrown in at the end for good measure. In the past few months, I've occasionally had problems with the foot (tripping on a raised sidewalk occasion or having my foot turn weird on a step), but 99% of the time it's functioned normally and besides the twitching I seem to be able to do everything I've always been able to including standing on tiptoe.

Could this be an early stage symptom? I'm an otherwise healthy 23 year old female.

As you read in the Sticky titled READ BEFORE POSTING twitching is not a concern.

Can you walk across the room on your toes and then your heels?
Yes: good! Go on with life
No: go see your doctor, could be any number of benign things
