Worried I have ALS

First sorry guys but I need some advice
About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with
Cramp fasculation syndrome
And I forgot my worries of ALS
However in the last few months my
Thumb muscles both hands have become very wrinkles,and back of my right hand has a dent/atrophy although I may had had this a while
My grip strength seems good but Iam very worried this is the start Iam make 35
